CKC Nutmeg Syrup is made from cooking fresh nutmeg fruits, with no colouring and flavouring added. The syrup is diluted (to instructions) to produce refreshing nutmeg drinks. Nutmeg as a drink is believed to improve digestion and reduce flatulence.
